A. No, for the comfort of all Best Western Reeds Hotel is a completely non-smoking complex within all inside area’s.
Q. Do you take Dogs?
A. We regret that dogs; with the exception of guide dogs; are not permitted within the Hotel.
Q. Do you take children?
A. Yes we welcome children to visit Best Western Reeds Hotel. Childrens' menus are available on a daily basis in our Georges and Swans Lake Restaurants and our Reeds Original Carvery offers a childrens' play area. Adjoining en-suite Family Suites are available; as is the facility to hire travel cots if required.
Q. What meals are available at the Reeds Hotel?
A. Our Four Seasons Lounge offers a light snack, sandwich and salad menu daily from 10am until 10pm. We also have our Georges and Swans Lake Restaurants, which serve an extensive range of dishes daily from 12pm until 10pm. On Sundays we serve Sunday Lunch in our Swans Lake Restaurant from 12pm until 3pm alongside our Reeds Original Carvery in the Buckingham Suite.
Q. What time is check in and check out?
A. Check in is from 1pm; if you are arriving earlier than this, then please advise us and we will do our utmost to ensure the room is ready for your arrival, although we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that check out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Q. Do you have rooms accessible by wheelchairs?
A. We have a number of en-suite bedrooms accessible for wheelchairs; these rooms are also interconnecting to a second bedroom should you require a career to join you.
Q. What is the nearest railway station?
A. Barton upon Humber has a station approx 2 miles from the Hotel. The nearest mainline station is Hull – Approx 10 miles from the Hotel.
Q. What facilities do the Bedrooms have?
A. All 25 bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms equipped with bath and shower. All bedrooms have colour satelitte TV, radio, beverage tray, trouser press and hairdryer. Room service is available 24 hours a day and our Hotel shop stocks essential items you may have forgot.
Q. Do all the rooms have a lake view?
A. All rooms are superbly positioned with either a lake view or a River and Humber Bridge View.
Q. Do you have superior rooms?
A. We have a number of Four Poster Suites, which have all the facilities of a standard bedroom but have additional space and a beautiful Four Poster Bed.
Q. Is there anything to do during my stay?
A. Yes, why not treat yourself to a relaxing facial or massage in our Natures Spa; we offer a wide range of face, body and nail treatments from Decleor, GM Collin and Jessica. If you like the great outdoors why not go for a walk along the Humber Bank and to the Humber Bridge Viewing point; access to the bank can be gained from our site.
