I write to say a big thank you for all your help with the organising of our Christmas Dinner. On behalf of everyone present, may I ask that you thank your staff who served us, they were always available to help when we required it but were unobtrusive. The food was delicious. The wine and atmosphere was excellent – just what we wanted. I have only received positive comments from the rest of the party – all asking that we return next year!
We wanted to say a great big thank you, to you and all the staff at the Hotel on Friday evening! The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great and the staff were magnificent! We could not have asked for any more help and assistance, even down to the drinks in the residents bar at 1.30am, where the bar tender was more than happy to greet us. Please pass on our compliments to all involved they deserve it; and we hope to see you again in the future.

As always the meals were beautiful, the table placed to look directly onto the lake was wonderful, and the service fantastic.
